Today’s ((((LOVE)))): AMAZING GRACE.
Hi.. and thanks for stopping by.
Recently, I’ve been absorbing a great deal of spiritual content. Waking up to Joel Olsteen in the AM, falling asleep to TD Jakes in the PM. Let’s just say it has become a delightful center of my household. I have much to be grateful for :)
Lately, I am noticing that a common thread being shared via the messages delivered by the Pastors, Preachers, Inspirational Speakers, etc… is GRACE. I have never given much thought to the significance of its meaning until only recently.
Grace, as a noun is defined as: “Simple elegance or refinement of movement”. As a verb, it means to “Do honor or credit to (someone or something) by one’s presence.
The thing about Grace is that many of us do not realize the significance of this phenomenon until cr*p hits the fan in all areas of our lives in ways we never imagined possible, and we have no choice but to surrender to the circumstances and ultimately accept the perceived unacceptable. It is at the very moment that we allow ourselves to simply “BE” - even when the earth is quaking under our feet, the sky is falling and the walls are closing in on us, all at the same time - that Amazing Grace arrives and gently calms NOT the storm outside, but the storm within, during the storm. For, when Grace arrives, we are at total Peace with whatever is happening around us, at that very moment.
No matter what it is you are going through in life and no matter how difficult it seems at the time, trust that the moment you decide to exchange your need to control the situation for acceptance of it, Grace will pay you a visit and help you get through your circumstance with peace and clarity.
When something is happening, it is already happening. You can not control the circumstance, BUT you can control how you manage it. Today, I encourage you to let go and let GRACE.
